View Full Version : Briareus cr3w66 Sep 6th, 2006, 03:47pm Can someone tell me how big Octopus Briareus can get? I have looked across the web and have gotten several very different answers... Also if anyone knows the longest living species of dwarf or pygmy octo, can you let me know? Thanks Nancy Sep 6th, 2006, 04:02pm The maximum size for briareus is probably about a 5-inch mantle, 24-inch arms. I've seen adults smaller than that, of course. Most pygmies that I know of have short lives, maybe 6-8 months.
