Y'know, I hate to say it, but I think the comment about him looking like Dobby was correct.

The thing is, those of us who have a Pacific coastline have to worry, since we'll be the ones who have to fend off the first waves of creatures from the sunken deep : ) I'm sure leaders in Switzerland never get questions like these.

Little does one know that Putin has answered this question, and in his answer he expressed his suspicion of Great Chthulhu.

5) The President of Russia does not explain what exactly does he suspect and what exactly is the cause of his distrustfull attitude towards Chthulhu and other "mysterious forces" (whoever that forces may be...)

Possible conclusions may be either

or
