OK from experience what do u recommend i get (like what model)as far as air pumps and filters go?

I heavily recommend going to a good local fish/saltwater store and seeing what they have in stock, so they can advise you on setup. Most of the ceph keepers don't use air powered filtration, as it doesn't have the volume power necessary to keep a ceph tank clean. Have you read the ceph care sheets on Tonmo? If not, be sure to do so...they will answer most of your questions.
