Hey guys,

Been busy, but I thought I would give a quick update. The 11 bandensis I have in approx 75 gallons of a 100 gallon tank are doing well and mating like mad. No eggs yet, and hopefully pics in a few days!

Merry Christmas, Scary Squishmas Mr. Ross!

I'm looking forward to some hardcore cuttle-porn action from you!

And a Merry birth of Jesus to you!

I have been thinking about setting up the camera...just got to get the releases signed by the 8 armed actors!

Hiya!! The brothers and sisters of your guys have started to have sex also!! I hope when they lay eggs that they will choose a easy to reach and convenient place...

I would like to get some of the eggs from you for the next round. Wanna trade? :D

This is just great! I'm picturing a constant soundtrack of Barry White singing "Love is in the Air". Hoping for lots of cuttle eggs.

You know, I've always wondered if cephs get any enjoyment out of the act (an evolutionary trait to urge them to procreate) like we do or is it an instinctual thing.

Have I just decimated the sexy vibe that was going on by asking that?

Yup, I would love to trade some eggs!! Hopefully this would add more variety into the gene pool and prevent 12 tentacled 2 beak offsprings..Hmm but that might be kinda cool =)

How long do you think it will be until the eggs appear?

How closely related are all your cuttles?

No clue Colin. They came from an import batch of about 500 eggs. The hatchlings were all mixed, so its anyones guess.

ah that's cool, you can guess that there are going to be some siblings but there should be good chances of totally unrelated cuttles in there. Ideal!

What if in-breeding happens? Will the cuttles start going dumb?
