What is it? A octopus o a squid? The morfology is very difficult to me for ID it.

It's neither, really, separate order:

Kingdom Animalia
Phylum Mollusca
Class Cephalopoda Cuvier, 1797
Subclass Coleoidea Bather, 1888
'Cohort' Neocoleoidea Haas, 1997
Superorder Octopodiformes Young et al., 1998
Order Vampyromorphida Pickford, 1939
Family Vampyroteuthidae Thiele, 1915
Genus Vampyroteuthis Chun, 1903

Check out http://www.tonmo.com/science/public/vampyroteuthis.php on this very site

Close, just Squid, Octopus, Cuttlefish, Nautilus, and Vampyromorphs. Argonauts are octopus.

Kingdom Animalia
Phylum Mollusca
Class Cephalopoda Cuvier, 1797
Subclass Coleoidea Bather, 1888
'Cohort' Neocoleoidea Haas, 1997
Superorder Octopodiformes Young et al., 1998
Order Octopoda Leach, 1818
Suborder Incirrina Grimpe, 1916
Family Argonautidae Tryon, 1879
Genus Argonauta Linnaeus, 1758

You'll catch on soon, don't worry.

Cheers!

Very glad with you. Thanks for answer my simple question.

And what about Argonauta sp. shell? How this kind of octopus can make it? What components it have? Is the animal fixed inside or can go out ( My memory is shorter than a sleeves' vest)?

Cheers

The Argonauts "shell" is really an egg case secreted by the female (from glands on the arm if memory serves) it is used to brood the eggs and then is discarded.
