Per Colin, "...the Lesser Octopus Eledone cirrohsa is found there, and that's the only Scottish octopus. ... I suppose the main point is that the fish dont normally breed until in their 30's -- they aren't getting the chance to reproduce." Thanks for the link, Colin!
