been 4 days since the new octo has arrived and he is still eating like a pig... at least 2 or 3 hermits and snails a day plus a few clams!!! not scared of anything!!!! still waiting for him to start exploring more though only picks off the food that walks by his den oh well at least hes eating!

Your octo is doing just fine! Remember, he's still in the "baby hiding stage".
