A little off-topic, but I am wondering how long his tank has been cycling? It appears to have a bloom of diatoms.

Hmm id have to say its been up and with critters in it for over 4 months probalby closer to 5
and what are Diatoms?

Wow day 2 great now are you keeping him in a 55 galllon tank or a 75 gallon.

Oddly enough that shot where he is coppying the color you can see a bunch of white sand around him that was red like everythign else then he buried himself up to his eyes in it. I didnt even know they did that

They are small algae that usually bloom early in a tanks set up. The brownish red stuff you have coating your sand, rocks, etc appear to be diatoms.
