Certainly! For about two minutes to 2 days or so...well, heck, you have to feed one of them something! :)
Honestly, no, you can't...cephalopods are extremely territorial (hey, notice I keep on harping about the larger tank size???there is a method to my madness, folks ) and are unwilling to share most tank spaces with another ceph...

While agree with you about the coolness, it just wouldn't work..
