if it were executed properly, i think it'd be quite a site, maybe even a plus for conservation efforts.....however im (unfortunately) a realist....it wont, and would probably cause a bit of a dent in the ecosystem....besides, most people who pay top dollar for a room with a view dont like being preached at....(not that i can imagine anyone that doesnt mind being preached at) so my modest guess is that after a lengthy legal battle, it probably wont end up being profitable for the people to build....
