Most of us here would reccomend Octopets as they offer captive bred bimacs for a reasonable price and so you'll also be able to know the age of the octo.

I haven't ordered an octo yet, but my housemate ships piranhas from different stores around the country. His costs are consistently about $50 because they have to be shipped overnight in a reasonably large styrofoam box. I assume that octopets or fishsuppy is the same way.
