View Full Version : People I notice most...
chrono_war01 Jan 10th, 2005, 04:52am So ,there's erich orser, met him a couple a times on the web....
then there's um..Dr. Steve O'Shea, Last time I saw him I was at school, then after school, I went online, he was still there...
Oh well, This thread is complete rubbish...
So anyone playing runescape out there?
And another thing, let's talk about the topic " Food and Ceph"
Steve O'Shea Jan 10th, 2005, 05:34am  Obviously Steve spends far too much time online, and should cut that back! You will find that there are so many more people here that make this site a home. If you spend a little more time here (and spend a few different hours online) undoubtedly you will find that this is truly an international community (even though most of you actually live in the glorious US of A ... and I really like the USA), and that Steve spends considerably less time online than many others.
The Right Honourable Regal-footed Sir Dr Ummm...... (as he is known) spends far too little time online (and has been extremely remiss in that he's not included a pic of himself on the staff page; likewise Sir Joel and the Magnificent Fujiwasabesawasaki). But we shan't bring that up here! Erich is most cool as he's not once pooh-poohed Neil!
What on Earth is runescape? A lot of us are also old f*rts and don't know these things.
Squidman Jan 10th, 2005, 09:03pm Runescape is an online game full of knights, wizards, and all that old timey stuff. I was addicted to it for some time, but my better judgement told me to quit. I am still feeling withdrawal symptoms.
Reason of quitting: no cephs in Runescape!
chrono_war01 Jan 11th, 2005, 09:10pm Runescape is an online game full of knights, wizards, and all that old timey stuff. I was addicted to it for some time, but my better judgement told me to quit. I am still feeling withdrawal symptoms.
Reason of quitting: no cephs in Runescape!
Actually, after the so called '3-D' version was out, you could go on this quest thingie called the Horror From The Deep ( But no Cephs) The Sealug quest wheere you battle seaslugs that look like Cephs.
LOL, ok, back to dinner... :rainbow:
chrono_war01 Jan 11th, 2005, 09:32pm I also notice a see clem alot, I'm also planning on being a marine biologists, anyone know where I can get help in HK or in fact anywhere else in the world?:oshea: ( Hint Hint) What's a :cthulhu: Cthulhu
joel_ang Jan 12th, 2005, 02:45am Cthulhu, pronounced keh tul hu is a mythical ceph-headed monster, for more detailed info you could do a search on past posts, plenty of stuff there.
chrono_war01 Jan 12th, 2005, 06:31am thanks
chrono_war01 Jan 13th, 2005, 06:58am Oh, darn! It's erich orser and um....( don't temember how many dots)
Special note: Thanks Erich! Oh, yeh! Does this count as meaningful spamming? I wonder if Steve O'Shea will drop by? I mean not to Hong Kong, but to this thread, anyone interesting in coming to HK and visiting a 14 yr old.....Yeh! Full page by of replies ME, ALL ME! ME! (sorry) Who's emial is octomonkeymadness?!

chrono_war01 Jan 14th, 2005, 01:09am LOL, just asking...Casue I was planning oin adding a person to MSN, you mind?
Colin Jan 14th, 2005, 03:01am yeah, im not on so much tho...
funny thing about eyebrows Tony, you dont really notice them until someone shaves one off at a party :)
...never fall asleep first
chrono_war01 Jan 14th, 2005, 03:04am Oh yeh! I didn't notice that..LOL
I bought a dumb saltwater tank.
I also see Colin alot around..
chrono_war01 Jan 15th, 2005, 11:40am cthulhu77 is also spotted lurking around the website, wait, oh it wasn't a cthulhu, it was cthulhu77
chrono_war01 Jan 15th, 2005, 01:57pm Dr. Steve O'Shea, what is your sleep pattern!?
I see you in the dead of the night ( 02:56 my time)
Then I see you at skool. (13:43 and 14:56 my time)
Then I see your after skool ( 16:00-18:00)
Then I see you before dinner ( 20:00)
Steve O'Shea Jan 15th, 2005, 02:11pm Sleep?
Just have a few too many things on right now, so work long hours; I hop online for a spot of therapy. I'm actually not online all that often.
chrono_war01 Jan 15th, 2005, 02:13pm Although I kno that we should all hop offline for some real therapy, I'm not bothered to, true, you're not online that often. Save me a seat for the University of Auckland, just joking...
chrono_war01 Jan 20th, 2005, 12:26pm Ug..Do I need some sleep? I'm dead tired, in fact I am so tired that I feel like a could fall asleep on top of a Giant Squid carcass.
chrono_war01 Jan 23rd, 2005, 03:45am Yep, seen Dr.SOS again and again and again and again, sigh.
Steve O'Shea Jan 23rd, 2005, 03:49am Yep, seen Chrono again and again and again and again and a.....
You'll burn out at this rate!!
Infusoria Jan 23rd, 2005, 04:11am Although I kno that we should all hop offline for some real therapy, I'm not bothered to, true, you're not online that often. Save me a seat for the University of Auckland, just joking...
Actually it's AUT - Auckland University of Technology. Auckland University is about 50m away from AUT but a whole different university.
chrono_war01 Jan 23rd, 2005, 04:12am Oh, ok. It depends where you get your energy from, when you get it from God, it lasts quite a bit, when you get your enegy from Hope and Confidense, it collapeses quite quickly, but I get my energy from 1) Being the Next Dr.SOS (or his sidekick) and 2) Laughing at my Maths teacher when I am rich and have an empire (Think Donald Trump)
 No really, that is what I do.
Steve O'Shea Jan 23rd, 2005, 04:23am ...Being the Next Dr.SOS (or his sidekick) ...
Heavens! Nope, certainly not something to aspire to!!
Why don't you be you. There will never be another Elvis, though someone will sell more records than him. There will never be another John Denver, though many will sell more records than him. There will never be another Neil Diamond, and I don't care how many records any subsequent artist sells. And there will never be another Jackie, though there will be many more moms.
If I was a superperson of sorts then surely I'd be out on a boat somewhere, right now, doing something. But I'm not. I'm just like everyone else here (except I like fries and beans).
chrono_war01 Jan 23rd, 2005, 04:34am Well, Ilike fries and beans too you know...and I like cephs so I'm going to be the next Dr.SOS!!! ( except that his name is not sos but Eric,)
I have no idea what I'm doing....La La La
Breaking news: Dr.SOS has signed out...Dun Dun Dun ( Dramatic music)
GPO87 Jan 23rd, 2005, 04:21pm Ok, chrono, you're never on when I'm on... slightly because of the Canada, Australia time difference. (You are in Australia aren't you) But you have posts everywhere, which means that as soon as I log off, you're on, and then you log off and I get on.... and this continues for days on end, never stopping............
Oh, and Atticus is on alot too.
chrono_war01 Jan 23rd, 2005, 09:48pm Ok, chrono, you're never on when I'm on... slightly because of the Canada, Australia time difference. (You are in Australia aren't you) But you have posts everywhere, which means that as soon as I log off, you're on, and then you log off and I get on.... and this continues for days on end, never stopping............
Oh, and Atticus is on alot too.
I live in HK. So, the time difference's quite big, but since I don't really sleep till 3am on weekends, there's a big chance I'll be seeing you soon. It also depends which part on the West Coast your at..I used to live in the East Coast,Vancouver B.C. See you soon. Steve o"Shea has been spotted again lurking near the screen.
chrono_war01 Jan 24th, 2005, 06:18am Oh my God! I've seen Dr. SOS during skool break time this morning, bout 7 hours ago.
chrono_war01 Jan 24th, 2005, 09:51pm This is very amazing, Ive seen Dr.SOS again
chrono_war01 Jan 27th, 2005, 03:01am Just when I was going to rant about Dr.SOS not showing up. You see him smack in the face.
chrono_war01 Jan 29th, 2005, 07:17am This has been a quite interesting day for me since I have seen Colin again, the Mr. I-have-the-most-post-person. Does he ever get on MSN, since I added him and it still says his e-mail only.
*S* Colin. 8-)
chrono_war01 Jan 30th, 2005, 06:20am Yeah! I'm fianlly an Archie! Yeah :glass:

Squidman Jan 30th, 2005, 08:35pm ...I have nothing to say...
...Wait, maybe I do...
Rather than use words, I wil show you a chronology of my emotions while reading these posts.
Squidman Jan 30th, 2005, 08:46pm Here we go-
:roflmao:  :yuck: :yelling:
Squidman Jan 30th, 2005, 08:47pm Yeah, that seems about right...

chrono_war01 Jan 31st, 2005, 08:36am Why is O'l cthulhu77 in a van down the river?
chrono_war01 Jan 31st, 2005, 11:37am Here's something special I made with old primitive Paint.
Any comments?
Colin Jan 31st, 2005, 12:02pm ;)
chrono_war01 Jan 31st, 2005, 09:53pm Me? Spam? No way man, I said comments and I'm not even double posting with the same thing or just posting some dumb smilies!
Colin Feb 1st, 2005, 03:32am the wee winking smiley meant im just messin ;)
chrono_war01 Feb 1st, 2005, 07:44am Oh, thank god. You had me scared for a while, silly me.
Steve O'Shea Feb 1st, 2005, 01:54pm Colin scares all of us; wait till you see him in tights, long hair, a cape and peering through a hole in the wall with a seriously evil grimace
cthulhu77 Feb 1st, 2005, 02:58pm Won't touch that with a ten foot (3m to you across the pond) pole!!!!
Squidman Feb 1st, 2005, 04:18pm This thread should be called "Ye Olde Rubbish Bin"
It is so incredibly pointless, yet I can't stop reading it!
chrono_war01 Feb 1st, 2005, 07:11pm Ye Olde Rubbish Bin being read By Ye Olde Stupide People Guess who's stupid.
Squidman Feb 1st, 2005, 07:19pm Guess who's stupid.

TPOTH Feb 1st, 2005, 11:45pm Colin scares all of us; wait till you see him in tights, long hair, a cape and peering through a hole in the wall with a seriously evil grimace
*ahem*
How's that for scary?!
TPOTH
chrono_war01 Feb 2nd, 2005, 12:37am Any captions who the 2 fellows are? It's so werid that I'm not sure it's reall THEM.
chrono_war01 Feb 2nd, 2005, 01:03am Well, I'll be leaving now since it's almost end of lunch time, see you after school!
atticus_finch Feb 2nd, 2005, 09:10am Why is O'l cthulhu77 in a van down the river?there are three reasons:
1. he is a Motivational Speaker
2. he was fired as a talk show host
after his interview with Paul McCartney
3. he thinks coffee tables want to hurt him*
*empirical evidence supports this theory
chrono_war01 Feb 2nd, 2005, 11:13am Oh really?... I have some real nice coffe tables around the corner of my house, tell him to take a look!
cthulhu77 Feb 2nd, 2005, 11:37am Quote:"3. he thinks coffee tables want to hurt him."
No, I KNOW that they do !!!! That and giant stuffed mushrooms!!!
atticus_finch Feb 2nd, 2005, 06:23pm Quote:"3. he thinks coffee tables want to hurt him."
No, I KNOW that they do !!!! That and giant stuffed mushrooms!!!
/me :wink:s @cthulhu77, a.k.a. EL NINO! 8-)
chrono_war01 Feb 2nd, 2005, 07:08pm Ha, what the hell...
Squidman Feb 2nd, 2005, 08:03pm Giant stuffed mushrooms?
chrono_war01 Feb 3rd, 2005, 12:54am He's afraid of some odd piles of cooked fungus stuffed with clumps of veggies and meat. Very werid, greg, very werid...
cthulhu77 Feb 3rd, 2005, 08:29am Actually, my wife has a large stuffed mushroom shaped stool...upon which I fell last year whilst hanging up a painting...unfortunately for me, the stool is only slightly padded, and I landed testes down on its pointed top...which meant a trip to the doc for me, and a pattern of bruising that was truly spectacular!!!! I still glare at it every time I walk past...perhaps it is lurking, waiting for the next opportunity!
chrono_war01 Feb 3rd, 2005, 10:07am Bit of a  there when you fell, eh?
Squidman Feb 3rd, 2005, 09:05pm unfortunately for me, the stool is only slightly padded, and I landed testes down on its pointed top...
I know how that feels.
:boohoo:
You have my sincere pity,
Squidman
Squidman Feb 3rd, 2005, 09:07pm (Corner of a wooden pole + four-foot drop = temporary soprano voice)
Squidman Feb 3rd, 2005, 09:12pm Emphasis on FOUR FOOT DROP. That's a lotta momentum!
chrono_war01 Feb 3rd, 2005, 09:27pm Um...is the momentum bigger than being kicked in the testies Jackie Chan style? I think it's the same. After kick:  After kick 5 secs: :bonk: :bugout: . HA! new testies thread.
chrono_war01 Feb 4th, 2005, 04:49am I'll be out for a while to go to my art lessons, cya all!
Plus:
Childish squid painting coming soon!
Steve O'Shea Feb 10th, 2005, 03:42am Where's Chrono gone? If you're out there lil' buddy, drop me a line!
chrono_war01 Feb 10th, 2005, 12:43pm I'll be leaving for a few days to just let things cool down. :chillpil:
I've been here way too long and I'm just goona stop here until I can control myself from spamming and being such a big jerk. Sorry
cthulhu77 Feb 10th, 2005, 01:06pm Query? Has someone been sending you nasty pm's or something? Don't recall you being a jerk...hmmm...
p.s....don't EVER do a poll with a negative about yourself...people always tend to vote that way. I mean, look at our president !
um... Feb 10th, 2005, 01:09pm Don't overcompensate, though. It's not like every single comment you make is spam, so just try to post more of the good kind. "Think twice, post once." Y'know? (Hey, I should start following my own advice...)
You gonna display more of your work in the galleries?
Phil Feb 10th, 2005, 01:33pm Chrono, you come back soon, y'hear! And that's an order!
And I want to see more of your art too, I really liked your squid.
    etc
Steve O'Shea Feb 10th, 2005, 01:36pm You're 8-) - don't go far!
Snafflehound Feb 10th, 2005, 11:43pm I am unnoticed, and below the cultural radar :D
corw314 Feb 11th, 2005, 06:26am I had a brief sighting this morn!!!! Would love to see more of your artwork!!!!
Carol
erich orser Feb 11th, 2005, 06:58am If any of the current crop ought to be tossed-off Tonmo, I'd volunteer myself. You belong here. Don't leave. You're an awesome member, and regardless of what anybody else says, I enjoy your input here!
Stick with it; you've never said anything offensive or annoying to me.
Keep up the squid work!
Erich
Melissa Feb 11th, 2005, 12:41pm Come back whenever you're ready, chrono_war, and you'll be welcome.
The advice from Greg and um... is really good: no negative polling, and thinking twice. Thinking twice is probably good for everything, not just posts. I should have thought twice before that second martini last night!
Melissa
um... Feb 11th, 2005, 12:46pm Melissa, I find it's way more fun to try doing the thinking after the second (or fifth) martini.
erich orser Feb 11th, 2005, 08:05pm Melissa, Um,
It's definitely more fun after the second (or fifth) martini, but the price to be paid the next morning... yeesh.
um... Feb 11th, 2005, 09:57pm I generally try to avoid the next morning.
chrono_war01 Feb 11th, 2005, 10:44pm I think I'm ready to come back now. See ya all in the fourms!
Steve O'Shea Feb 12th, 2005, 02:42am Most excellent. :welcome: back Chrono!
tonmo Feb 12th, 2005, 11:08pm I think I'm ready to come back now. See ya all in the fourms!
:welcome: back!
cthulhu77 Feb 13th, 2005, 12:13am I generally try to avoid the next morning.
Yeah, good luck ! That's how I ended up with a wedding band on my left hand (my precious!)
Glad you decided to re-enter, CW...yep, a thick skin is a good thing to have! Ah...how long we have suffered the cruel taunts and poisoned barbs of those that listen to Neil Diamond, have their heads buried in sand, or actually believe that the Tempest was a fighter...
corw314 Feb 13th, 2005, 06:41am :welcome: back!!!!
Carol
Steve O'Shea Feb 13th, 2005, 03:11pm Ah...for so long we have enjoyed the dulcet tones of, and experienced the love of those that speak of, for and to Neil Diamond, that walk along the sand, hand-in-hand, smelling the roses, and speak not of war nor hatred for one another
Well said Greg!
TPOTH Feb 13th, 2005, 04:49pm how long we have suffered the cruel taunts and poisoned barbs of those that listen to Neil Diamond
True, true....
Comrades! it is time for revolution!!! no more will we suffer in silence! from now on ND listeners will cease to be considered superior beings! No more!
TPOTH
um... Feb 13th, 2005, 05:52pm Why not cease to consider the ground to be hard, and then fling yourself from the roof of a tall building?
Kidding.
cthulhu77 Feb 13th, 2005, 07:35pm Well said Greg!
Hey, wait just a damned minute!!!!! For the record, I will go down singing into my grave the DENIAL of all things ND !!!!
chrono_war01 Mar 12th, 2005, 10:56am those are very harsh words...
Steve O'Shea Mar 12th, 2005, 02:27pm They can be a most dark and dastardly, positively wretched bunch Chrono. None will get a single raccoon dropping this year!
Gaetan P. Mar 12th, 2005, 09:17pm what is up with neil D. and NZ? curious
Steve O'Shea Mar 13th, 2005, 03:34am .... terribly long story. Usually I just tell big fibs and say that Tintenfisch, aka TTF, aka Kat, aka  , has an unhealthy adoration and respect for this fellow. But the truth is I, as in me, including shadow and echo, and the Right Honourable Regal-Footed Sir Dr Ummmmm......... just think he's the greatest lyricist, musician and singer ever (ok, I'm putting words in Ummmmmmmms mouth, but he's cool). Erich seems pretty cool about ND, and he likes bats too, but then there's the cold-hearted evil-spirited likes of Greg, aka Chthooooooluuuuuuu77 (or something like it) and TTF who thinks he sucks; there's also a mass of fence sitters.
You can either cross over to the dark side and despise the man (and believe that bottom-trawling is environmentally friendly), or join us and appreciate him, life, sheep, roses, and all things good.
tonmo Mar 13th, 2005, 06:25am <-- fence sitter
Gaetan P. Mar 13th, 2005, 09:10am you're going to have to plead a better case than that in order for me to listen to Mr. Diamond...you like lyrics...try dave matthews
actually, he has some shows coming up in Australia....
"Hands and Feet are all alike, but gold between divivde us"
David Matthews
Bottom trawling is the devil, but Neil? mmmmmmmm I am not sure
cthulhu77 Mar 13th, 2005, 09:16am AHA !! See, oh Dr. Steve...even your shakespearean overtones can not hide the fact that Neil has little to do with true talent, does not have the bite of a real muse behind him...unlike Killer P...whose gemlike lyrics are resounding throughout my studio even now ! Pumporama!
greg
p.s. and hey, that was a mean inference about the bottom trawling thing...be careful, or I may go out and order some orange roughy !
