any thing with a mouth can bite he hasnt bit me yet.
anyway about an hour after i put him in the water turned kinda yellow should i be worried

What sort of water is this? And what sort of salt did you use? Did you add anything else or do any water treatments?

i got the water premixed from a local store. i didnt do anything to the water

check your skimmer...he may have inked, so be sure and keep an eye on the water parameters!!!!

Uh, yes. You definitely need a skimmer on an octo tank. It removes quite a lot of impurity and toxin from the water in short order...you should check out the list under "ceph care" up top to see what all you are going to need!!!

If you have an eclipse system, I would recommend the current model...the airlift variety work well in a sump, but not hanging from the back of a tank...
