Here are pix of my tank as it is now. My aunt gave them the "ant 1...ant 2..ect." name so dont worry about getting the wrong pics. I had to put my sump beside the tank because it was too big for under the tank. The canister filter connects to the protein skimmer too. is this ok? My salinity is 1.023 and the temp is 74 F

Looking good...you are going to want to get some more rock prior to octo inhabitants, but for cycling...it looks just fine!
