i am starting up a food tank for my octo next to the display its about 4ish gallons its 72 degrees and all i have in it right now is some LR and sand. what else would i need to keep crabs and shrimp alive?

a small filter and that should do... look at getting one of the internal filters, for a small tank a fluval 1 should do the trick
