I find this mildly concerning (only mildly, mind you) since the article's title almost seems to imply that the squid are booming, when in fact it's the harvest effort which will be increasing, due to demand. That, in fact, they're planning to harvest more squid than usual because europe and asia found fewer squid than usual.

I emphasize mildly concerned because I don't know enough squid ecology to know if they're in any serious danger of being overfished, but...I do hope they are trying to be careful.
