Phil Mar 13th, 2004, 01:22pm Just found this entertaining and informative virtual squid dissection site. It even comes with its own quiz.

Steve and Kat, anything less than 10/10 and WE will be asking the questions!!! :D
:squidaut:
fluffysquid Mar 13th, 2004, 02:15pm heh heh heh.... "squiz"....
Steve O'Shea Mar 13th, 2004, 02:59pm Steve and Kat, anything less than 10/10 and WE will be asking the questions!!! :D
... afraid I scored 12/14, was given a message to the effect 'a little more effort required'. I shut it down, uttering some unpleasantry in the process, never to return!
Jean Mar 13th, 2004, 03:58pm well I never.......I beat the great Steve O!!!!!!!!!! I got 13/14!

andermuffins Mar 13th, 2004, 05:02pm Wow, I even beat Jean. Either something's wrong with that quiz, or I should switch from chemistry to marine biology. :P
Burstsovenergy24 Mar 13th, 2004, 05:51pm It said I passed, whatever that means.
Jean Mar 13th, 2004, 06:20pm Well apparently I passed too! Had another look and reanswered them all (the same way I might add) and got 14/14 (you understand 13/14 just upset my professional pride :D )

Melissa Mar 13th, 2004, 07:17pm Steve, you may not have gotten a perfect score, but I've learned a lot from you at TONMO, enough to get 13 out of 14. Oh the anxiety! I am so glad to be out of school.
Melissa
joel_ang Mar 13th, 2004, 07:26pm I got a 13  ! I kinda guessed for one of the questions.
um... Mar 13th, 2004, 07:43pm 14/14, but I studied me arse off. :heee:
NickA5582 Mar 13th, 2004, 07:51pm Mine said "If this was an assignment, write down the answer code. 13, 47, 18, 57, 16, 51, 62." Then said I passed the squiz.
Burstsovenergy24 Mar 13th, 2004, 07:52pm Yeah that's what it said for me to. :?
joel_ang Mar 14th, 2004, 05:59am Try the submit results again, a different answer will come out.
Tintenfisch Mar 14th, 2004, 06:47pm Hmm... 13/14 but it doesn't say which one.
um... Mar 14th, 2004, 06:49pm The important thing,, is that you beat :oshea:.
joel_ang Mar 14th, 2004, 07:25pm Can't argue with that. I tried again and I got a perfect score, tried again using the same answers and I got a 12. It's kinda screwed up, I think
Phil Mar 14th, 2004, 07:35pm It's kinda screwed up, I think
Aah, that would explain why I got 1.7/14. I knew there was some reason!
:heee:
NickA5582 Mar 14th, 2004, 08:37pm Has anyone tried the squid dissection thing yet? (CyberSquid, I think)The screen shows up for it after you "pass" and I can't start the dissection. Anyone know how?
joel_ang Mar 14th, 2004, 09:06pm Same problem here, it starts off dissected, then joins to form the squid and then I can't dissect it, clicking on anything opens another window to something.
