I have a left over tank that the previous owner used copper to treat it. :x :x :x :x :x

Can I remove the copper with copper remover :?:

The only thing I have heard of that works is removing the silicon and replacing it. :?

What I would do is try to sell it as used and get a new tank.

Octopuses are very sensitive to copper - I don't know that anything works for fully removing copper and I know no one who has tried this. The safe thing to do is to look for another tank.

I agree, get rid of that tank! you can't guarantee that copper remover will remove all and cephs will die at exceptionally low levels

I second that! Its just not worth the risk, BOE's idea of reselling it is good though :) .

..but i have it on good avice that that doesnt work either.. scrap it
