For smooth animation, make sure you reuse your frames in reverse order. Otherwise, you get a "jump cut" where the animation doesn't flow... So, in your case, have the tentacles stretch out, then back them up so they retract, and then loop. :grad:

Acually i dont think ill ever get a photo shop 'cause my comp. isnt all that great. Its sposed to be real good.
