Nice stuff, Jean. The squid is indeed especially cool. How much labour is required to make these things?

I'd say SAI - ana and ee - jis. Luckily, these words don't figure prominently in my everyday conversation, whew! What ceph names include æ?

Thanks for the nice comments all.

The squid contains aound 100 beads each earring and they take about an hour to make a pair (all hand stitched you understand!).

The red ones are filamentous red algae (specially designed for the botanist on the aq staff..............now she wants kelp :o ) the "black" ones (actually a VERY dark purple :D ) are the first attempt at an octi  the design needs reworking!!!!!!!!!!!!

I may decide to sell on Tonmo, but at the moment i'm working at three jobs plus trying to write papers so it could be a while happening!

Cheers
