Selling Eggs

At what point would you consider it safe to sell the eggs?

I have about 50+ and one bunch of 20 is starting to inflate at different rates but all still fairly small.

The other bunches havent inflated as yet but dont look dud.

As long as they are inflating you are probably safe, Keep a few from each batch as "controls" so you have a timeline for their hatch rates.
