This is posted to find out what can be put in the tank to help clean up the invasive species of algae in the tank.

The queen conch is the only thing I know that would eat red algae. It would have to be put in a octo free tank though.

Not quite sure where you are going with this. Most aquarium keepers physically remove algae, and keep an eye on the silicate levels that promote invasive algae growth. ???
