i was cruising ebay when i saw this skimmer for 16 bucks just wondering if that type of skimmer works or not its from one of those stores that perchases it directly from asia it loooked pretty big and it was 120 litres an hour

Hmmm.. in this hobby, most often you get what you pay for. I wouldn't waste the $16.
