Would it be a bad idea to hok up my Ro/Di unit to copper plumbing? I know the water will be filtered, i'm just worried that some might get through as the filters wear. Am i just paranoid?

I believe Thales has copper plumbing in his house and uses the water but does mega DI filtration.

As long as you keep up with the cartridge changes you should be okay.
