Common name, could be any octopus from Bali, but is most likely an Abdopus aculeatus or at least that seems to be the most commonly referred to as the "Bali" octopus. Theres many journals about them on the forum here. If you could get a picture from them we can confirm or deny if it is an Abdopus.
