Unfortunately, the only real option is to buy a tank and escape-proof it yourself. You might be able to find someone willing to build a custom tank for you, but I don't know of anyone who's done that... Many people find that drilled overflows and keeping most of the filtration equipment in a sump make octoproofing easier. And lots of duct tape.
