but what kind of container? you couldn't use the bank tube ones, the octo could open them.

I would never get any work done. It would be just like trying to work at home! (Which I'm doing a poor job of right now.)

Perhaps the octos are trained to take notes on a water-proof board permenantly entitled, "You have mail" and they just flash the message at the right cube.
