Ahh. Ive seen this guys other art including the Giant elephant that he made to walk through the city. I was very impressed with that but was unaware that he made an aquatic themed installation. Thanks for sharing this.

I saw a video of some of these (including the squid) in action a while back, but forgot where, Ill try finding it
