She has not eaten in a week, I tried everything, new food, toys, testing water daily and no sign of propblems..... but now there is a weite spot near her eye, and she is eating her tentacles? Any help? It may be old age as she is a pygmy and tentacles are about 9 inches stretched out, and mantle is a little bigger than a golf ball...... I have not tried antibiotics because she will not eat at all much less treated food... And I did a 50% water change yesterday, water quality is still perfect... any help?

Sorry to hear about Alexandra. It is not a good sign if she is eating her tentacles...

Senescence. Autophagy and visual white lesions are textbook cases. Antibiotics may bide you some time but will do nothing else.
