can you put a cuttle with an octo

I would not recommend this, it would stress both animals out, plus both animals would be competing for the same food. It is also possible that the octopus would eat the cuttlefish...

... Further more, those two animals would destroy the water quality and not survive very long.

I would not recommend this at all.
