If I was to keep about 15 gallons of Filtered Catalina Saltwater inside a rubbermaid storage container + lid inside a closet in my apartment, with a strong powerhead and heater (@77F) running, how long will it last? Does saltwater have an expiration date?

nope, just try to make sure it gets as little light as possible and the heater really isnt needed either.. unless you just want it to match your tank temp when you put it in,
