I just tried to upload a 12MB image and got the same error: "Your photo is too big. Please try to resize or upload another photo. "

No worries though, I could just re-size the picture. Thanks for your replies, greatly appreciated.

I can upload 10.7 mb in a 3000 x 4000 format using either drag and drop or the upload a file button. I can't find anything larger in my files to test

Looking at the image, I think you have the answer in the dimensions limitation. Nice close up of a Pygmy! Please resize and post.

Frozen human seafood or fresh live bait would be better. Often frozen bait has been thawed numerous time, has frost bite (making it dehydrated) and not frozen in the best of conditions.
